weekend of personal and communal empowerment with
Chilean Shaman Luzclara and her husband, Tom Heckel.
Experience Fire Walking in the company of this gifted

We will create a ritual group-healing
circle based on the Machitun, the sacred way of the
Mapuche shamans of Chile. This circle connects us
with ourselves, the Earth, and the Great Spirit,
inspiring a collective and personal entry into the
trance state aided by the use of drums.
As a group we will create an altar to
honor the Elements, culminating in our work with
the sacred fire... Fire Walking! We will also witness
Tom's special gifts as psychic and channel as we
receive his insights as Chile's pre-eminent metaphysician.

Luzclara is a medicine
woman from Chile. She
is coming to Michigan for the fourth time is as many
years; having delighted many in our community with
her love, her incredible skills as a healer, as a
ceremonialist, and as a ritualist dancer. Tom, regarded
as Chile's premier clairvoyant, is making his first
workshop appearance in Michigan.
Nearly three decades
ago, in India's holy city of Varanasi, Tom experienced
an awakening
that was to change his life forever. Walking out
of a small shop, "a spiraling energy field of
golden light pierced the top of my head and flowed
like nectar throughout my body, penetrating every
cell of my being. I was existing as an energy field
sustained in consciousness, between time and eternity;
the physical body was an idea, a reference point
of thought within an infinite sea of identity...
I closed my eyes and became an eternally expansive
mass of light and sound."
Able to see auras, read
thoughts, and hear whispers of the Divine, Tom awakened
to a world
which, prior to that time, had been totally unfamiliar and
threatened to overwhelm him. But over the next four
years Tom was approached by several gurus in succession.
Incrementally, they taught him to appropriately use
his newfound psychic gifts. He remained in India
for four years... living in Himalayan caves, wandering
as an ascetic, and eventually he mastered consciously
aware living.
