Cost ( To Be Determined )
Internationally known and loved, Luzclara is coming to Minneapolis to offer a weekend workshop and ceremonial group healing.
Come join with us and experience this wonderful opportunity.
Luzclara is a Chilean shamanic practitioner and sound healer who dedicates her life to the healing of herself, Mother Earth and all her beings. She draws from over 25 years of experience, practice and study with many indigenous spiritual traditions including the Quichua Shamans of the Amazon, the Q’ero of Peru, the Mapuche Shamans of southern Chile, as well as Mystics and Shamans in India and Tibet.
Using meditation, breathing, sound, dance, chanting and drumming, a sacred space is created where the beauty and power in every individual can shine. She comes to share her light and love.
Note from Luzclara: Ancient peoples have always known the profound effect that sound has on the body, mind and spirit. The vibration tones of sacred and ritual instruments stimulate the restoration of harmony within us. When these instruments are played they produce sound wave frequencies equivalent to alpha brain wave patterns. Alpha waves are associated with the state of deep relaxation and dreaming, enabling us to move beyond our logical mind to access the creative, intuitive imagination of the right side of our brain.
Sound harmonics have the therapeutic effect of an internal massage - assisting in the release of tension held in the physical body as well as calming the mind and centering ones focus. These sacred sounds evoke an ancient remembering, they connect us with our vital life force and they are powerful tools for relaxation and meditation.
In this weekend we will play different instruments like drums, Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, chimes, Peruvian whistles and many other shamanic instruments. We will learn how to use our voice as a sacred instrument of healing and awakening for ourselves as well as others. We will also make an image of remembrance, in celebration of the connection to that which is sacred and profound in each and every one of us.
